How to make hobo dinner:

Place meat patty in middle of foil square. Layer potato slices over meat, then a layer of onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Wrap tightly in foil and bake at 350° for one hour.

You can make as many or as few as you like at a time. Can be made over a campfire or a backyard grill.
