Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 item
- chicken - 1 item
- crushed rosemary - 1 tsp
- crushed sage - 1 tsp
- or 3 cloves garlic - 2 item
- rib celery - 1 item
How to make herbed chicken:
Wash chicken (I skin the chicken). The chicken can be left whole or cut into pieces. Sprinkle with desired amount of salt and pepper. Put oil and butter over chicken. Put cut garlic and the herbs on top. Cook in oven or on top of stove (the whole chicken is cooked in the oven at 325° until browned).
