  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1 c
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • self-rising flour

How to make heavenly hash cake:

Mix well. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350°. When done, put 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows on top and return to oven until melted. Let cool and top with 1 pound powdered sugar, 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 2 tablespoons butter and 4 tablespoons cocoa. Bring milk and butter to boil; pour over cocoa and sugar. Beat until smooth. Spread over cool cake.
