Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- self-rising flour
- melted oleo - 3 Tbsp
- cream or milk - 5 6
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- sticks oleo, melted - 2 item
- Icing:1 box powdered sugar
How to make heavenly hash cake:
Icing:1 box powdered sugar4 small Tbsp. cocoa5 to 6 Tbsp. cream or milk3 Tbsp. melted oleo1 c. chopped pecans Mix eggs, sugar and 2 sticks oleo together. In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa, pecans and vanilla. Add to creamed mixture. Bake in 13 x9-inch pan for 35 minutes in a 350° oven. When cake is done, place small marshmallows on top of hot cake. Ice cake by spreading icing on top of marshmallows until cake is covered. Place in cool place.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low sodium.
