How to make hawaiian sausage casserole:
Drain pineapple and save juice. Add water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups. Arrange pineapple, potatoes and sausage in 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch pan. In small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Blend in pineapple juice. Cook until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in butter. Pour over casserole. Cover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
