Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- nuts - 3/4 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- coconut optional - 3/4 c
- Mix dry ingredients to eggs and pineapple mixture
How to make hawaiian delight cake:
Mix together sugar and flour. Mix dry ingredients to eggs and pineapple mixture. Add nuts. Bake in greased and floured baking dish. Bake at 350° until center feels done and cake is brown, approximately 37 minutes.Icing:1 stick margarine2 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. milk3/4 c. nuts1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla3/4 c. coconut (optional) Apply icing over cake while cake is warm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cherries.
