flaked coconut - 1 c

shortening - 1 c
nuts - 1 c
banana flavoring - 1/4 tsp
cream of tartar - 1 tsp
white sugar - 1 c
box powdered sugar - 1 item
drained, crushed pineapple - 1 c

How to make hawaiian cookies:

Combine all ingredients and beat until fluffy. Frost cookies and decorate with coconut and cherry halves.
