eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 2 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
flour - 2 c
brown sugar - 1 c
water - 2 Tbsp
soda - 1 tsp
baking powder - 1 tsp
shortening - 1 c
oatmeal - 3 c
white sugar - 1 c

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Mix ingredients together. Take about a teaspoon of dough and roll into ball. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 4 to 5 dozen. May add raisins and/or nuts.
