How to make hawaiian carrot cake:

Cream Cheese Frosting:1 lb. powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. vanilla Grease and flour pans. In large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Add the next 5 ingredients. Mix well with large spoon. Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes in 13 x 9 x 2-inch rectangular pan.
