Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- cooking oil - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- drained, crushed pineapple - 1/2 c
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
- chopped bananas - 3 item
- Bake in 3 floured 9-inch cake pans
How to make hawaiian cake:
Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stirring with a spoon (not mixer) until dry ingredients are moist. Bake in 3 floured 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove and cool before frosting. (May use a 9 x 13-inch pan and frost; leave in pan.)Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 lb. confectioners sugar1 c. chopped nuts1 stick oleo1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. coconut1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple Cream the oleo and cream cheese.
