Hawaiian banana nut bread
Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- vegetable oil
- mashed bananas - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- vanilla - 2 tsp
How to make hawaiian banana nut bread:
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in nuts; set aside. Combine other ingredients and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until batter is moistened. Spoon into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until done. Cool 10 minutes. Remove to wire racks and cool completely. This will make 5 small loaves in 5 3/4 x 3 x 2 1/8-inch pans.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Quick breads.
