Hawaiian banana bread
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- can crushed pineapple, drained
- cups sugar - 2 item
- cups flour - 3 item
- 1/2 cup oil - 1 item
- cups ripe mashed bananas - 2 item
- cup chopped nuts pecans or walnuts - 1 item
How to make hawaiian banana bread:
Combine all dry ingredients, stir in nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out on rack.
