Hasselback potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- medium baking potatoes - 4 item
- Molly McButter - 1 item
- dried lo-cal bread crumbs - 3 Tbsp
How to make hasselback potatoes:
Wash and slice potatoes. Put potatoes in pan of cold water; bring to a boil. Cook 4 to 5 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 450°. Spray an ovenproof dish with Pam. Drain potatoes. Place slices in dish. Sprinkle with Molly McButter. Bake for 30 minutes. Add water before baking, basting occasionally. Mix Parmesan cheese with crumbs; scatter over potatoes.
