- sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 2 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- can beets, drained - 1 oz
How to make harvard beets:
Combine sugar, vinegar and cornstarch. Boil 5 minutes. Pour over prepared beets in saucepan; add butter and let stand 30 minutes. If necessary, warm before serving.Recipe categories: American, Side dish, Vegetables.
