- milk
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- oleo - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- chopped ripe olives - 1/2 c
- hamburger - 2 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- drops Tabasco sauce - 4 item
- picante sauce - 2 Tbsp
- cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- bell pepper, diced - 1 item
- Longhorn cheese - 1/2 lb
- soft corn tortillas - 18 item
How to make sour cream enchiladas:
Brown meat; drain. Add onion and green pepper; continue cooking until onion and pepper are soft. Add salt and pepper, picante sauce, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, Tabasco sauce and ripe olives. Simmer for 5 minutes. In a separate pan, melt bRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Main dish.
