Hamburger stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 10 oz
- hamburger - 1 lb
- minced parsley - 2 tsp
- fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
How to make hamburger stroganoff:
Brown meat and drain off fat. Add flour, salt and sauteed mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with Chinese noodles or rice.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
