Hamburger stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sherry - 1 Tbsp
- slices bacon, diced - 3 item
- hot buttered noodles - 1 item
How to make hamburger stroganoff:
Brown ground beef with bacon. Add bacon; cook until tender. Drain off excess fat. Add seasonings to meat mixture. Stir in soup. Cook slowly, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
