Hamburger stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- slices bacon, diced - 3 item
How to make hamburger stroganoff:
Cook meat and onion until tender. Add browned bacon; drain any fat. Blend flour and seasonings into meat mixture. Stir in soup. Cook slowly, uncovered, stirring frequently for 20 to 25 minutes.
