  • diced onion - 1 item
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • ketchup - 1/4 c
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • elbow macaroni - 3/4 c
  • cans Veg-All - 2 item
  • small can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
  • can Veg-All juice - 1 item

How to make hamburger stew:

Brown hamburger and drain. Add Veg-All, water and tomatoes. Add bay leaf. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add macaroni. Stir and cook until macaroni is done. Add ketchup and salt and pepper to taste. Remove bay leaf.
