  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • paprika - 1 item
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
  • ground chuck
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 10 oz
  • small can mushrooms optional - 1 item
  • small can green beans - 1 item
  • cumin optional - 1 item
  • large tube crescent rolls - 1 item

How to make hamburger pie:

Brown meat, onion, green pepper and garlic. Drain fat. Add tomato sauce, green beans and mushrooms to meat mixture to heat. Line pie pan with crescent rolls. Beat egg and 1 cup cheese together. Layer on crescent roll crust. Pour meat mixture on top. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Finish with paprika. Bake at ???° for ??? minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
