Ingredients/Components
- water
- can chow mein noodles - 1 oz
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 1/2
- ground beef - 1 lb
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- regular rice, uncooked - 3/4 c
How to make hamburger hash:
Combine all the ingredients except the noodles and put in a 3-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Sprinkle noodles over top of the casserole and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, One Dish meal.
