Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- rice - 3/4 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- 1/2 cans water - 2 item
How to make hamburger chow mein:
Brown hamburger, onions and celery; drain and pour into casserole dish. Pour soup, water, uncooked white rice and soy sauce into hamburger mixture. Mix well. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Pour over chow mein noodles or mashed potatoes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
