  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1 c
  • chopped tomato - 1 c
  • mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • cubed fully cooked ham - 2 c
  • box shell macaroni - 1 oz
  • additional Parmesan cheese - 1 item

How to make ham pasta salad:

Dressing:1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese2 Tbsp. milk1/4 tsp. salt additional Parmesan cheese In a large bowl, toss macaroni with ham, green pepper, tomato and onion. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, milk and salt. Pour over pasta mixture. Stir to coat. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese before serving. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
