Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- crushed croutons - 1 c
- frozen hash browns - 3 c
- cubed ham - 1-1/2 c
- shredded Colby-Jack cheese - 1-1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make ham and potato casserole:
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine sour cream and soup in a 9 x 9 inch pan. Add hash browns, ham and cheese. Cover and bake for 50 minutes, stirring once at 25 minutes.
