Gumdrop cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 4 c
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• margarine - 1 c
• hot water - 1/2 c
• pecans - 2 c
• applesauce
• white raisins - 1 lb
• orange slices - 1 lb
• mixed gumdrops - 1 lb

How to make gumdrop cake:

Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs. Sift flour and spices. Add applesauce to sugar and margarine, then add gumdrops (cut into small cubes). Add raisins and nuts that have been floured. Add flour to mixture. Last, add soda and hot water and mix well. Add soda to hot water and mix well before adding to mixture.

I only use vanilla and small amount of cinnamon.
