- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 3 or
- lime juice - 1/4 c
- catsup - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- shoyu
- chicken thighs
- big onion, chopped - 1 item
- rinds of 5 squeezed limes
How to make guamanian chicken:
Finadene Sauce:3 Tbsp. shoyu1/4 c. lime juice1/4 c. chopped onions3 or 4 small crushed red pepper, seeded and crushed with 1/4 tsp. salt Combine chicken in marinade (next 6 ingredients). Place in refrigerator from 1 to 3 days. Turning occasionally. Drain chicken and barbecue on low charcoal fire or broil in oven. Prepare sauce and serve on the side. Perfect for summer barbecue for large group. Lime juice seems to cook chicken a bit while marinating, so it takes less time on the grill.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
