Grilled chicken teriyaki
Ingredients/Components
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 c
- minced garlic - 1/4 tsp
- to 8 boneless chicken breasts - 6 item
- can pineapple chunks including the juice - 1 oz
How to make grilled chicken teriyaki:
Combine all ingredients listed and marinate overnight if possible. Cook chicken (10 to 15 minutes) on foil on the barbecue grill. Use the marinade juice to baste chicken while cooking. Serve with rice and a salad.Recipe categories: Summer, High in..., High protein.
