Cake and fruit kabobs
Ingredients/Components
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- can pineapple chunks, drained - 18 cubes
- medium strawberries - 12 item
- 1-inch cubes angel food cake - 12 item
How to make cake and fruit kabobs:
You will need 6 (8-inch) bamboo skewers.Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Alternately thread 3 pineapple cubes, 2 strawberries and 2 cake cubes on each skewer. Place kabobs on waxed paper.
In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips and margarine; blend well. Drizzle chocolate mixture over kabobs. Refrigerate until set. Makes 6 kabobs.
