- salt
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- liquid smoke - 3/4 tsp
- mustard seed
- ground chuck
- Tender Quick - 1 Tbsp
How to make summer sausage:
Mix ingredients well. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Mix again and let stand in refrigerator for another 24 hours. Form into logs. Bake at 250° for 6 to 7 hours.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Summer, Seasonal.
