Grilled chicken teriyaki
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- cider vinegar - 1/4 c
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- chicken pieces breasts - 3 lb
How to make grilled chicken teriyaki:
Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl. Stir to dissolve sugar. Add chicken and coat to marinate. Refrigerate, turning occasionally, at least 3 hours (preferably overnight). Grill chicken over medium heat for 40 minutes, turning until chicken is crisp outside and tender inside.Recipe categories: Summer, High in..., High protein.
