Great chocolate cake

Ingredients/Components

• all-purpose flour, sifted - 2 c
• white sugar - 2 c
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• strong coffee, cooled brewed, not instant - 1 c
• milk - 1 c
• vegetable oil - 1/2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• Bake Bundt/tube cake for about 45 minutes OR 8-inch round pans for 30 to 40 minutes in a preheated 350° oven
• brewed coffee - 6 Tbsp
• box confectioners 10x powdered sugar - 1 oz

How to make great chocolate cake:

Mix ingredients well and place in a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan OR 2 (8-inch) round cake pans. Bake Bundt/tube cake for about 45 minutes OR 8-inch round pans for 30 to 40 minutes in a preheated 350° oven. Test with toothpick for doneness. Cool; remove from pan.Frosting:1 stick butter6 Tbsp. brewed coffee4 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa1 (16 oz.) box confectioners 10x powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Melt butter and add brewed coffee and Hershey's cocoa. Bring to a quick boil while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool 20 minutes (it will look really gross). Add confectioners 10x powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer until smooth.

Optional: Cover with crushed walnuts or pecans.

Servings: Several small ones or not too many big ones. Preparation Time: Not long.
