Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- granulated sugar
- sherry - 1/2 c
- pecan halves or walnuts - 2 3
How to make sugared nuts:
Combine sugar with sherry and boil until it will form a soft ball in cool water. Add cinnamon and nuts, stirring until cloudy. Turn mixture onto a well buttered cookie sheet, separating nuts; cool. May be stored in covered jars.Recipe categories: Desserts, Holiday, Lunch/snacks.
