Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 c
- water - 1/2 c
- grapes, washed and cleaned - 6 c
How to make grape butter:
Put all ingredients in heavy pan. Boil 20 minutes. Put through sieve or food mill to remove pulp and seeds. Pour in jelly jars or freeze in containers. Make only 1 recipe at a time. Do not double.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Berries, Jams and preserves.
