Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 to
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- mushrooms - 1 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- oregano to taste - 1 item
- macaroni - 1 c
- can crushed tomatoes - 1 item
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- red pepper, chopped - 1 item
How to make goulash:
Place ground beef, onion, peppers and celery in pan and simmer, covered, until vegetables are tender and beef browned; drain. While browning, cook macaroni; drain. To the beef and peppers, add 1 cup tomato sauce, drained mushrooms and 1 can crushed tomatoes. Stir. Add in the macaroni. Add salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder to taste. Put in casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
