Ingredients/Components
- hamburger - 1 lb
- medium potatoes - 3 item
- small or medium onion - 1 item
- regular can tomato soup - 1 item
- Mix with hamburger and brown
How to make goop:
Dice onions. Mix with hamburger and brown. Peel potatoes and slice as if to fry. Open can of tomato soup. After the hamburger and onions are brown, in a casserole dish put one layer of hamburger. Put one layer of potatoes and a teaspoon of tomato soup over the top of the potatoes. Repeat layers, ending with tomato soup. Cover and bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 300° and bake until potatoes are done, 30 to 45 minutes.Serving Suggestions: Can use carrots, green beans or corn as a layer; however, better served with vegies on the side. Serve with green salad using red salad dressing or oil and vinegar.
