Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • chopped celery - 1 item
  • shredded carrot - 1 item
  • Miracle Whip - 1 c
  • hard-boiled eggs - 1 item
  • yellow mustard - 1/4 c
  • boiled and peeled potatoes - 1 item

How to make potato salad dressing:

Dice potatoes. Chop celery and onions. Shred carrots. Boil sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved. Pour over ingredients and stir. Let stand for a few minutes.

Mix Miracle Whip and mustard into potato mixture until well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
