• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• box yellow cake mix - 1 item
• stick margarine, melted - 1 item

How to make gooey butter cookies:

Second Layer:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar2 eggs First Layer: Mix cake mix and margarine. Add egg. Pat out in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

Second Layer: Mix cream cheese with sugar and eggs. Beat with mixer; pour over first mixture. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°. Let cool; cut into squares.
