Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- 3 oz - 1 lb
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- cube butter room temperature - 1 item
How to make gooey butter bars:
Combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg and mix well. Pat lightly and evenly in greased 13 x 9 pan. In separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, 3 eggs, vanilla and about 7/8 of the box of powdered sugar until creamy. Pour this mixture on top of cake mixture. Bake at 325° for 35 to 45 minutes.
