Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- cold water - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- stick soft oleo - 1 item
How to make gooey butter cake:
Mix 3 ounces cream cheese with cake mix, egg, water and oleo. Spread in lightly greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Put aside for later use (will be slightly stiff). Mix 8 ounces cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and eggs. After mixing, spread on top of batter already in pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Let cool in pan.
