Glazed fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 3/4
- can mandarin orange sections, drained - 1 oz
- large bananas, sliced - 3 item
- coarsely chopped pecans - 1 c
- maraschino cherries, drained - 1 c
- cans pineapple chunks - 2 oz
How to make glazed fruit salad:
Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice. Combine fruit and pecans in a large bowl and toss gently. Combine pudding mix and reserved pineapple juice in a mixing bowl. Beat on high speed of electric mixer 1 minute. Pour pudding mixture over fruit and pecans. Toss gently. Refrigerate at least 3 to 4 hours.
