Ingredients/Components
- crushed graham crackers - 2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- large carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- medium bananas, sliced - 4 item
- pecans, chopped - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 item
- vanilla pudding mix not instant
- maraschino cherries, cut up - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Mix margarine and graham crackers and pat into 13 x 9-inch pan. Make pudding according to package directions; cool slightly. When cool, spread over graham cracker crust. Add layer of banana slices, then layer of pineapple. Cover this with Cool Whip. Sprinkle chopped pecans and cut up maraschino cherries over the top. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares.
