German chocolate pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 tsp
- coconut
- cocoa - 4 5
- pecans
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can milk Pet or Carnation - 1 item
- pie crusts or 2 9-inch pie crusts - 3 item
How to make german chocolate pie:
Put 3/4 cup of coconut and 3/4 cup of pecans in bottom of 9-inch pie crust. Mix sugar, cornstarch, cocoa and flour well, then add liquid ingredients. Mix and pour into pie shell. Bake in 2 (9-inch) deep dish or 3 regular pie crusts. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
