Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- grated carrots - 1 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- hot water - 1 c
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- crushed nuts - 1/3 c
How to make gelatin salad:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Drain pineapple; use juice and add enough water to juice to make 1 cup of liquid. Add vinegar and salt. Add to jello. Chill until partially set. Add pineapple, carrots and nuts. Chill to set.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Salads.
