Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- medium zucchini, sliced - 1 item
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- medium carrot, shredded - 1 item
- medium head cabbage, chopped - 1/2 item
- small onion, sliced and separated into rings - 1 item
- medium stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
How to make garden slaw:
Toss vegetables. Heat remaining ingredients to a boil. Boil 1 minute while stirring. Toss liquid into vegetables, mixing well. Refrigerate 3 hours.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Salads.
