Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- plain low-fat yogurt
- red wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- low calorie mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- fresh parsley, chopped - 1/4 c
- celery, thinly sliced - 1/2 c
- dill weed - 2 tsp
- broccoli florets - 1 c
- to 3 green onions, sliced - 2 item
- green pepper, seeded and diced - 1/2 c
- cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced - 1/2 c
- bow tie pasta, cooked and drained - 3 c
- red pepper, seeded and diced - 1/2 c
- carrots, grated 2 medium - 1 c
How to make garden pasta salad:
Creamy Dill Dressing:2/3 c. plain low-fat yogurt1/4 c. low calorie mayonnaise2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar2 tsp. dill weed1/4 tsp. garlic powder In a medium bowl, combine all salad ingredients; stir well.For the dressing, in a small bowl, blend all dressing ingredients with a wire whisk. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper, if desired. Chill. When ready to serve, combine salad mixture with dressing. Toss lightly.
