Fudge cake brownies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla extract - 3 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
- butter, melted - 1 c
- cocoa powder - 10 12
- chopped walnuts or pecans, toasted - 1 c
How to make fudge cake brownies:
Combine cocoa and sugar. Add melted butter. Stir by hand. Add eggs, flour and vanilla. Stir just until blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325° about 25 minutes.
