Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- evaporated milk
- margarine
- nuts, chopped - 2 c
- jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 oz
How to make fudge:
Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a heavy Dutch oven. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234°, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add Marshmallow Creme, nuts and vanilla. Beat until well blended.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
