Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- chocolate chips
- nuts optional - 1/2 c
- miniature marshmallows
How to make fudge:
In saucepan, place milk, sugar and salt. Heat to boiling over a low heat; cook 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts. Stir until marshmallows melt. Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan. Cool and cut.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
