Ingredients/Components
- plain nonfat yogurt - 1 c
- banana - 1 item
- apple or orange juice - 1 c
- fresh or frozen raspberries or strawberries - 1 c
How to make fruit smoothie:
Place all ingredients in the blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Leftovers will keep for a day or can be frozen for pops. Yields 3 cups. Contains 1 gram fat and 3 grams fiber per cup.Recipe categories: Fruit, Drinks, Smoothies.
