Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1/4 tsp
  • sour cream - 4 oz
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • coconut - 1 Tbsp
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • powdered sugar
  • whipping cream - 1/2 c
  • maraschino cherries, chopped - 1/2 c
  • small egg - 1 item
  • pie shell, baked and cooled - 1 item

How to make fruit delight:

Cream together the sugar, sour cream and butter. Add egg and vanilla; beat until smooth. Spread mixture in pie crust; cool for 30 minutes. Whip the cream, sour cream and powdered sugar; mix well. Add pineapple, pecans, cherries and coconut. Spread mix over chilled filling. Chill pie until ready to serve.
